Provider Enrollment Desk publishes educational content and downloadable operating files. This policy explains what information the site may receive, how it may be used, and how advertising cookies are handled when advertising is enabled.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address and the content you provide. Do not send patient records, protected health information, Social Security numbers, payer login credentials, or other sensitive enrollment data. We use contact messages to respond to the request, investigate corrections, and maintain the site.

Server and technical data

Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, and error/security logs. The source code does not require a user account, and the downloadable CSV files do not transmit their contents back to the site.

Analytics

The repository does not enable analytics by default. If analytics is enabled in production, this policy must be kept synchronized with the actual service and configuration used.

Google advertising and cookies

If Google advertising services are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this site or other websites. Google advertising cookies may use non-personally identifying information about visits to provide advertising that is more relevant to the user.

Guides link to CMS, CAQH, and other external sources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Downloading a resource from this site does not create an account or upload your completed file to us.
